BUILDING PERMIT/INSPECTIONS

Building permits are required for some construction within the City of Pagedale.  Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, Building, Existing Building, Residential and Property Maintenance permits can be acquired through City of Pagedale.  Land Disturbance and Explosives still goes through St. Louis County

OCCUPANCY PERMITS

Per City Code, Occupancy Permits are required.  Owners/Agents must first obtain an inspection from City of Pagedale and pay their fee.  This is an interior inspection only.  Once the inspection passes, then Pagedale will complete an exterior inspection.  When all inspections pass, the Occupancy permit can be applied for.  A picture ID and/or Drivers License of all adults (18 & over) is required.
