St. Louis County COVID-19 Update

Vaccine Incentive Program Update

Since Sept. 25, the start of DPH’s vaccine incentive program, 952 people have received their first dose from a DPH vaccination site and 266 people are eligible for gift cards. With children ages 5-11 now eligible to get vaccinated, they are also eligible for the program. St. Louis County parents or guardians will receive the gift cards if their children 5 and older get vaccinated. To qualify for this incentive, individuals must:

  • Live in St. Louis County

  • Be 5 years of age or older

  • Get fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at a Department of Public Health (DPH) vaccination event. Full vaccination requires getting two shots of either the Pfizer vaccine or the Moderna vaccine, or getting one shot of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine. Vaccination must have begun on or after Sept. 25.

Families with multiple children are eligible to receive gift cards for each child who is fully vaccinated. Once DPH confirms that an individual is fully vaccinated, gift cards will be mailed out. Cards will be sent to qualifying individuals via certified mail to the address they provide during registration. It is important the name and address given at the vaccine site are correct.

As of Monday, 51 recipients have received gift cards in the 63031 zip code. 46 recipients have received gifts cards in each of the 63033, 63136 and 63121 zip codes and 28 recipients have received gift cards in the 63123 zip code.

DPH continues to provide vaccination opportunities at the three permanent health clinics, neighborhood clinics in partnership with community leaders and organizations and the vaccination clinics hosted at library locations. For a complete list of DPH vaccination events visit ReviveSTL.com.
