Procedures regarding Attorney Recommendations:

Acceptance of a recommendation where a court appearance is not required may be made by payment in full by the court date listed on the recommendation.  Payment will not be accepted without a copy of the recommendation signed by both counsel and the defendant.  If payment is not made in full by the court date listed on the recommendation, a virtual appearance is required in order to obtain a continuance by the Court.  Please contact the court for WEBEX log in and password information. The prosecutor's office is not authorized to grant continuances. DO NOT MAIL PAYMENT TO THE PROSECUTING ATTORNEY'S OFFICE.

Payment may be made online, in person, or by mail as listed below:

1. Pay online at www.cityofpagedale.com, www.ipaycourt.com, www.courts.mo.gov or call 314-726-1200, press 2 for Court.  a copy of the recommendation signed by both counsel and defendant must be filed with the Court prior to making of payment.  (Service fees will apply)

2. Appear in person at the court window to pay with cash, money order, cashiers' check or firm trust account check MONDAY through FRIDAY, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.  A copy of the recommendation signed by both counsel and defendant must be filed with the Court prior to or at the time payment is being made.

3. Mail a copy of the recommendation signed by both counsel and defendant along with payment to: Pagedale Municipal Division, 1420 Ferguson Ave., Pagedale, MO 63133​.
